So this little meow meow gave me a scare today. I let her out at about 5am and then fell back asleep. At 8 I woke up and couldn’t find her remembering I had a dentist apointment in town at 10! I used her Loc8tor (radio frequency tracker) to search for her but with no luck. knowing that she rarely moves during the day I made the decision to leave the spot we were camped and make my appointment. I returned 2 hours later and sat tight worrying as there was no point searching during the day when she just snoozes. As soon as nightfall came I went back out and looked for her with the Loc8tor. I walked up a nearby road knowing that it was likely she crossed it this morning before there was any traffic then wasn’t game to come back across. My guess was right and I soon had beeps and lights flashing on the Loc8tor unit. I stood still and called her until she came to me, picked her up holding her tight as I walked back to the van, relieved and happy the ordeal was over.
